4. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Digital Sampark remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. The Company retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, financial information, and any other sensitive materials. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Sampark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns as outcomes depend on various external factors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
• All client materials and data will be returned or deleted as requested
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to extract data without permission
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
